A.Professional Position
The candidates will be primarily involved in the execution of strategic advisory and corporate finance projects including public and private equity fund-raisings, mergers and acquisitions and investment management. A qualified candidate needs to meet the following requirements:
- A strong business sense and superior problem-solving skills;
- Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English;
- Professional growth & leadership potential;
- A sound understanding of the principles of corporate finance, valuation techniques, financial statement analysis and capital market behavior;
- University graduate(4 years) or postgraduate degree from a major national university or foreign university; and
- Dedicated personality with strong initiative, drive, and is able to perform under high work pressure.

1.Accountant& Analyst (财务兼分析员1名)
- Bachelor Degree, majored in accounting;
- Good at paper work and financial statement;
- High integrity, strong control mindset, a good team member;
- Written and spoken English skill is a must, at least past CET 6;
- Over 2 years working experience in finance/accounting role.
- worked as Accountant in Group Subsidiary, be responsible for overall financial work, including daily bookkeeping processing, financial calculation, income accounts; tax affairs and receipt management;
- Familiar with the banks\industry\commerce\and\taxation work processes;
- Prepare quarter and annual financial statements, etc;
- Assist professor in calculation of investment return;
- Gather information for fund manager, such as to read analysis report and follow up stock market changes;
- You demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of corporate finance, plus the analytical and career development potential we expect from every Synergy candidate.
2.Analyst - Corporate Finance & Asset Management（企业融资与资产管理分析员）
- You will have just completed an undergraduate, master degree in business administration for at least one year and have a clear interest in pursuing a career in investment banking field;
- You demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of corporate finance, plus the analytical and career development potential we expect from every Synergy candidate.
3.Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance & Asset Management & Asset Management（企业融资与资产管理高级分析员）
- You will be an experienced professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience, which must be a more specialized expertise in accountancy or applied finance.
- You will have an in-depth understanding of corporate finance concepts (M&A, valuation techniques and financial modeling), financial statement analysis and capital market behavior.
4.Manager - Corporate Finance & Asset Management（企业融资与资产管理经理）
- You will have completed an MBA program in the last couple of years or be an experienced professional with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a major law, accounting, consulting firm, or investment bank. In addition, you will demonstrate significant leadership and senior counseling skills.
