Synergy Solution is an integrated real estate investment and operational solution provider specialising in Alternative Real Estate Asset Classes and also providing corporate finance and investment management related advisory services with business in Australia, Hong Kong and the PRC. As at the date of Prospectus, Synergy Solution has 32 staff and management members (including directors) and set up offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Foshan. The management team of Synergy Solution started out in 2005 providing corporate finance and investment management related advisory services for companies in the property sector of Hong Kong and mainland China. Synergy Solution engaged in diversified advisory services in relation to private corporate debt and equity transaction, capital raising (debt and equity), investment management on real estate development projects and investment advice on targeted domestic/overseas real estate assets, strategic market entry. Whilst developing its advisory business, Synergy Solution identified value in operating and managing alternative real estate property (e.g. Flexible Office, student dormitory, elderly apartment, data centre, etc.). As a result, Synergy Solution decided to enter into the Flexible Office operation and related investment management business in 2010 by leveraging the expertise it had gained from its real estate advisory practice. It further added the Co-living Apartment operation and related investment management business to the business portfolio in 2012, which made Synergy Solution one of the very few players with the ability and experience to operate and manage across multiple asset class in China’s alternative real estate market. This critical experience distinguishes us and allows us to deliver strong financial performance.
